Emily Marshall on a reach in Castine.
Emily Marshall in local classic
boat race in Eggemoggin Reach.
The Boat
Sail the Penobscot and Jericho
Bays on a classic and historic 36
foot, gaff headed yawl. Emily
Marshall is a Sam Crocker yacht
designed for naval historian
Admiral Samuel Eliot Morison in
1946. She was completely
restored in 2003 by Brooklin boat
builder Brion Rieff and is now
sailing the waters that Admiral
Morison wrote about in his
reminiscent "Spring Tides".
Emily Marshall and crew are
available for charter out of
Brooklin, Maine. See and visit
coastal islands and enjoy the
company of porpoise, seals, bald
eagles and perhaps a whale.
Spent the day with us and see
Maine from a perspective very
few visitors enjoy.
We offer day and over night charters out of Brooklin and environs. A day charter
is four to six hours long and includes a light snack and sodas. You may bring a
more substantial picnic lunch. A full galley is also at your disposal. All charters
are skippered by a licensed captain who is familiar with the area and waters.

but an adventure just the same

The Skipper
Captain Bruce Fowler is a Coast Guard licensed master. He
has sailed extensively in both the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans.
His background includes yacht deliveries, races, instruction
but he enjoys introducing visitors to the Maine Coast the most.
